1.) Free Sign Up. - If you're not an existing member, you can Join Now (no credit card required) and begin building your trusted referral community in just minutes.

2.) Member Login. - Go to the Referral Key Member Log-in Page. Enter your e-mail address and password If you've forgotten your password, just let us know and we'll send it to you. Click here to request your Referral Key Password.

3.) Build your network.

a. Invite associates to join your network by clicking ‘Add More Associates’ in the left-side navigation menu.

b. You can either type in associate names individually OR import contact lists from another program like Outlook, gmail, or AOL.

4.) Exchange Referrals.

Once invited associates have accepted your invitations, you can begin exchanging referrals! Here’s how to send referrals to your network of associates:

Simply choose a recipient from the drop-down list, enter the name and contact information of the lead you wish to provide, add any pertinent comments and/or ask your associate to contact you prior to contacting your referral, then click send! It’s that easy! Your associates will send referral leads to you in the same manner.

5.) Receiving Referrals.

You’ll receive an automatic email each time a new referral lead is sent to you. Once you log in, you’ll then be taken directly to the referral lead to view contact information and notes regarding the referral. At anytime, you can also login and view all referrals sent to you and track activity. Simply;

1. Click ‘View Referrals Received’ in the left-side navigation menu.

2. Click the Referral’s name to view corresponding details:

1. In the ‘Status’ section, you can log the date you first contacted the referral and add a ‘sale date’ if the referral leads to a sale.

2. Any related comments can be added to the ‘Comments’ section.

3. Status and Referral ratings can also be entered at the bottom of this section.

4. Note that all of these details, including your comments, will also appear in your associates records to help them track the status of the referral they sent you.
